Our mission is to present high-potential but often under-rated projects to project investors by providing much-needed technical support that gives clarity, confidence, and understanding to the projects (for both project owners and potential investors) that are selectively included in our portfolio.
We encounter many projects that are limited in funding and without access to the necessary preliminary technical resources required to understand and present their full potential value. Owners often are not adequately geared to present the true potential value of their projects to investors. We also encounter many potential investors and investment companies who are searching for the best project that meets their goal-specific investment criteria. We close the gap between project owners and potential investors by providing that much-needed technical support from our highly experienced technical team to assess a project’s true realizable potential.

Our Projects
Project Owners/Promoters
We have highly experienced geologists and engineers able to assess projects. We will review any project (regardless of size, commodity or jurisdiction) that is presented to us to see if it meets our criteria for promotion. We will also consider projects in industrial and green energy.
We have adopted a progressive approach to project promotions. Should VBKOM Investments believe that your project shows potential and is correctly licensed, we will review, analyze, and interpret the available data to best present your project to any potential investors with no upfront cost to you. Depending on our analysis, we may request a site visit (Ts and Cs apply) and potentially consider conducting some preliminary technical work (at risk) that would normally cost you an exorbitant price. Costs are covered upon the successful investment or sale of your project on a commission basis.
If your project is selected, we will present you with a promotion agreement for discussion. Upon conclusion of an agreement, it will be added to our Project Portfolio. We will generate relevant technical information sheets and other similar marketable materials in our style guides for presentation to relevant potential investors.
Projects are sorted in terms of type or amount of investment required, commodity, grade, size, depth below surface, potential extraction methodology, geopolitical setting, and development stage – from greenfields exploration through to reclamation activities. We, in turn, would then endeavor to find a suitable investor for your project.

Project Investors
As an investor, it is often difficult to find a project to meet your personal profile, financing limits or risk appetite. Upon consultation, we will gladly review our list of projects and select a few to present to you that may possibly fit your personal investment criteria.
We will consider all types of investors for our promoted projects – regardless of whether you or your team represent a large corporate company or if you are an individual looking to invest in a smaller operation or venture.
Projects presented by VBKOM Investments are reviewed, selected, and endorsed for their mineral potential and attractiveness to potential investors by our team of qualified and highly experienced industry professionals. We ensure that all our projects have legitimate owners and valid licenses. All projects promoted by us have been secured (on a non-exclusive basis) with a promotion agreement with the project owner.
We evaluate the potential of our promoted projects by conducting detailed technical reviews and project research, or even some upfront technical work on all presented projects to understand the full potential of an asset to identify, quantify and, where possible, minimize potential risk to the potential investor.
